Summary of GI50s of trioxane dimers in prostate cancer cells. Cells were treated with 1, 2, 3 or DOX for 72 h. Cell viability was determined by MTT assay. GI50, concentration that inhibits 50% cell growth. These results are representative of at least 3 independent experiments.
