PCM1 and CEP55 are both required for centrosomal localization of USP9X. A, U2OS cells transfected with control siRNA or PCM1 siRNA were fixed and subjected to immunostaining with antibodies against PCM1 and USP9X. The percentage of cells with PCM1 knockdown was counted, and the relative intensity of PCM1 or USP9X in the centrosome was analyzed by ImageJ software. Error bars represent S.D. for biological triplicate experiments. **, p < 0.01, Student's t test. Scale bar, 10 μm.
