D4 LCLs were plated at 2 × 105 cells/ml, treated with teriflunomide or DMSO vehicle control on day 0, and harvested on day 7. (A) Cells were counted with a hemocytometer using Trypan blue staining and counts were normalized to the DMSO control. (B) Cells were treated with DMSO control or with teriflunomide, given alone or one hour after treatment with 150 μM uridine. Relative cell titers were determined using CellTiter-Glo (Promega).
