Mice were sacrificed on day 29 (24 h after the last drug treatment). Major organs including heart, liver, lung, kidney, pancreas, and spleen were harvested from 3 mice in each treatment group. Tissues from these major organs were fixed in 10% formalin, embedded in paraffin, and cut into 4 μM-thick slides for H&E staining. Representative images are shown.
