An immortalised human epithelial cell line (HaCaT) and human cervical cancer cells (HeLa, Caski, and C33-A) were lysed and analysed by western blotting for O-GlcNAc, OGT, NFκB p65, and CXCR4. β-actin was used as a loading control.
