Increasing amounts (20-80 μM) of apigenin and AP7Glu were used for treatment of HCT116 cells. 48 h after treatment cell viability was determined by MTT assay. Relative cell's viability for cells treated with apigenin was calculated as a percentage of HCT116 cells viability treated with DMSO that was set as 100 %. Relative cell's viability for cells treated with AP7Glu was calculated compared to apigenin. Results were presented as the means ± SEM of at least three independent experiments. P values were calculated using Student's t-test, *p ≤ 0.05, **p ≤ 0.01, ***p ≤ 0.001.
