Localization of EGFP-IRF3 in rotavirus-infected cells. FRhL₂ cells were transfected with the plasmid pCI-EGFP-IRF3, and, at 6 h after transfection, the cells were infected with the indicated virus. At 10 h after infection, EGFP-IRF3 (green) and the DAPI-nuclear (red) signals were detected by confocal immunofluorescence microscopy.
