Cell cycle analysis by flow cytometry. Two NCAPG siRNAs were transiently transfected into HCC cells and then subjected to flow cytometric cell cycle analysis and western blot analysis. (A) The depletion of NCAPG inhibited cell cycle progression and caused S phase arrest in MHCC-LM3 and Hu7 cells.
