Effects of HS, LPS, or a combination of LPS and HS treatment on c-Jun and caspase-3 activation in IEC-6 cells. IEC-6 cells were treated with LPS (1 µg/ml), HS (42°C for 60 min) or a combination of LPS and HS. Protein expression levels of p-c-Jun, c-Jun, caspase-3 and cleaved caspase-3 were detected by western blotting. GAPDH served as an internal control.
