Level of positive staining for ATBF1 in well-differentiated and moderately differentiated tubular adenocarcinomas of the colon, as determined by immunohistochemical analysis using four anti-ATBF1 polyclonal antibodies. Positive correlations between the depth of tumour invasion and ATBF1 expression were observed, except for nuclear ATBF1 expression as determined using the MB34 and MB49 antibodies.
