(B–F) DSBs were measured by neutral comet assay in parental or RADXΔ U2OS cells transfected with siRNAs. The number of DNA fibers or comet tails examined is indicated in parentheses. P-values were calculated with a Mann Whitney test in A or a Kruskal-Wallis ANOVA and Dunn’s post-test in all other panels. Experiments are representative of at least two replicates.
