A, MR elastogram of the liver acquired by using a two-dimensional GRE sequence shows failure, with no pixel value with a confidence index higher than 95% on the confidence map and, B, no wave propagation (disorganized waves) on the wave image. C, T2-weighted single-shot fast spin-echo image shows massive ascites. Patient had iron deposition with a T2* of 5.5 msec at 3.0 T and was not overweight (BMI = 21.8).
