By correcting motion and robust reconstruction, MT-SVR generates meaningful FA maps of structures like CC, internal capsule, cingulum, and corticospinal tracts that comply much better with our knowledge of the anatomy. The effects of uncompensated motion artifacts are observed in FA maps obtained from Orig, VVR and SVR.
