Sensitivity test using Horizon Reference Standard for cfDNA. The reference was manufactured from engineered human cancer cell lines with an allele frequency of 0.0005, 0.001, 0.005, and 0.01. We performed deep sequencing and calculated the allele frequency detected by sequencing in five repeated experiments. Error bars are standard errors.
