Kinase subcellular localization. Characterization of the MKKK20, MKK3, and MPK18 nuclear and cytosolic localization. The coding regions of the three kinases were fused in-frame to the N-terminus of the GFP reporter in the pMDC83 vector (Curtis and Grossniklaus, 2003).
