ZW1 promotes aromatase expression in KGN cells. KGN cells were treated with the test compounds at the indicated concentrations for 24 h. (A) Aromatase mRNA was measured in total cellular RNA by using real-time qPCR. The results were presented as the n-fold change relative to the basal levels in untreated cells. GADPH was used as an internal control. (B) The cell lysates were immunoblotted with an anti-aromatase or anti-GAPDH antibody.
