Correlation results in diabetic cirrhosis patients and non-diabetic cirrhosis patients. There was a negative correlation between the blood glucose levels and gray matter volume in bilateral thalami in diabetic cirrhosis patients group (r = −0.484, P = 0.049) and in non-diabetic cirrhosis patients group (r = −0.569, P = 0.017).
