Rhizoplane-downregulated, the DE KOs show higher expression level in rhizosphere samples than in rhizoplane samples. Rhizoplane-upregulated, the DE KOs show higher expression level in rhizoplane samples than in rhizosphere samples. p value, Fisher’s exact test, two-tail.
