Hyperoside inhibits cell viability and attenuates the effects of oxLDL. Cells were pretreated with or without hyperoside (50 μg/ml). After 10-min incubation, oxLDL (25 μg/ml) was added to the cells. Dye solution was added to each well 48 h after treatment and the cells were incubated at 37 °C for 2 h.
