If the orthorhombic crystal is rotated around one of its two-fold axes, 90° of total rotation leads to the complete data set only if (a) it starts at the parallel orientation of its other axes with respect to the beam direction or detector plane, but in the diagonal orientation (b) the data will not be complete, since the region marked in white will not be covered.
