Un-shaded data derived from longitudinal data fit to a 24-hour sine function. “Mean sine amp” and “mean sine peak” are from the fit to the mean normalized data shown in figures. “Individual sine peak” and “individual sine amp” are from individual eyes fit to sine waves with a 24-hr period (# is n for both parameters); circular statistics were used to analyze phase differences.
