Correctors reduce the interaction of CFTR in A445E and S492F mutants with proteostasis components. HEK-293 cell lines stably expressing A455E or S492F were treated with C18 and C4 (10 μm of each) for 16 h. CFTR was immunopreciptated with the anti-CFTR antibody M3A7.
