Table 1.

Baseline (pre-drug) cardiovascular variables. A set of target values that was representative of the sheep studied in our laboratory was compiled from previous measurements and literature values as indicated. A set of parameter values for the final (Constrained-Frank-Starling-Baroreceptor) was derived (Table 2) that produced an internally consistent model that closely replicated these target values (also shown for comparison).
