(A) Cultured eosinophils were treated with indicated times and concentrations of Ox-LDL and the expression of IFNα and IFNβ was determined by qPCR. (B) IFNα concentration in Ox-LDL (100 μg/ml for 24 h) treated eosinophil conditioned media was measured by an ELISA assay. (C) Peritoneal macrophage was treated with Ox-LDL (100 μg/ml) for 24 h and the expression of IFNα and IFNβ was evaluated by qPCR. Representative data are shown from 3 independent experiments.
