Transduction efficiency of various CNS tumor cell lines by AD-GFP Numbers represent percentage of cells transduced with a recombinant adenovirus vector expressing green fluorescent protein (AD-GFP) at the stated multiplicity of infection (MOI). Transduction was determined by fluorescence microscopy of cells on a hemacytometer and is represented as % of total cells.
