ADM interacts with SUVH9 and AHL10. Fusion constructs with N-terminal or C-terminal domains of YFP (nYFP or cYFP, respectively) were coexpressed in Nicotiana benthamiana leaves. Vectors expressing nYFP or cYFP alone with each corresponding fusion construct were used as negative controls. H3.1-RFP served as a transformation control.
