The direct effects of the SNPs, CM and their interaction effects (SNP × CM) on the three outcome comparisons were estimated in separate logistic regression models including age, gender, and education as covariates. The models estimating SNP*CM also included the main effects of the concerning SNP and CM
CM childhood maltreatment, CTQ Childhood Trauma Questionnaire, DEP depressive disorder, ANX anxiety disorder, SNP single nucleotide polymorphism
