Fluoxetine (A), citalopram (B) and paroxetine (C) compete for 5-HT transporter binding (specific [³H]paroxetine binding) in the two mouse strains. The IC₅₀ value was generated from each of these curves. Each data point depicted represents the mean ± S.E.M. of 3–4 mice. The IC₅₀ value for fluoxetine, citalopram and paroxetine are shown in Table 1.
