Expression of ERK1/2, p-ERK1/2 in UVA irradiated HDFs after co-culturing with or without HAMSCs for 72 h. Transwells containing HAMSCs were moved into the correlating wells containing HDFs which accepted 9 J/cm² UVA irradiation. Densitometric measures of the band intensity are expressed as the signal ratios indicating the level of ERK phosphorylation (p-ERK1/2 ERK1/2). ^##P<0.01 vs the HDFs group; **P<0.01 compared with the group treated with UVA alone.
