Transient response of the graphene temperature sensors with 5 °C temperature change is compared with thin film (40 nm Ni) RTD results in a temperature controlled test environment. The graph shows the substrate effect on response of SLG temperature sensor. The surface property effect on sensitivity combined with the thermal time constant effect on the dynamic behavior of the graphene temperature sensor is demonstrated.
