RIP140 modulates LCoR-mediated cell proliferation. (a) T47D cells were co-transfected with a Flag or a Flag-LCoR-expressing vector together with siCtl or siRIP140 siRNAs, as indicated. RIP140 and LCoR mRNA levels were quantified by real-time PCR. Results were corrected to 28S mRNA expression and normalized to the values from cells transfected with the control plasmid and siRNA. (b) Cell proliferation was measured over 10 days. Absorbance of formazan crystals was read on a spectrophotometer and cell proliferation at day 10 was expressed relative to control (empty expression vector and siCtl). (c) Wild-type (WT) and RIPKO MEFs were stably transfected with a GFP or a GFP-LCoR-expressing plasmid. LCoR mRNA levels were quantified as in a.
