Factor B ASO effectively reduces hepatic factor B mRNA and plasma factor B of normal mice. C57BL/6J mice were treated for 6 weeks with the indicated weekly doses of factor B antisense oligonucleotide (ASO) via subcutaneous injection (n = 4 per group). A: Study design.
