SOURCE Authors’ analysis. NOTES For people ages six and above, being physically active to a healthy level, as defined by the Sports and Fitness Industry Association, is twenty-five minutes of high-calorie-burning physical activity three times a week. Normal weight is having a BMI of 18.0–24.9 kg/m2. Overweight is having a BMI of 25.0–29.9 kg/m2. Obese is having a BMI of 30 kg/m2 or more.
