NOTES For people ages 6 years and above, being physically active to a healthy level, as defined by the Sports and Fitness Industry Association, is twenty-five minutes of high-calorie-burning physical activity three times a week. For children ages 6–17 years, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention recommends at least sixty minutes of moderate physical activity each day.
