Pre- and post-CD8β depletion plasma from r04132 (A) and r08019 (B) was tested for reactivity to the CD8β255R1 (left panels) and MT807R1 (right panels) mAbs. The goal of this assay was to determine the end point titer of antibodies against each mAb, that is, the highest plasma dilution where the absorbance level of the postdepletion sample was >2-fold higher than the corresponding predepletion sample. Plasma saved 8 days before and 22 days after the CD8β255R1 infusion served as the pre- and postdepletion samples, respectively.
