C, NHEK cells were treated with nocodazole for 48 h (a), PMA for 48 h and then treated with nocodazole for 1 h (b), PMA and GF109203X for 48 h followed by nocodazole treatment for 1 h (c), and PMA for 48 h followed by treatment of GF109203X and nocodazole for 1 h (d).
