Ganetespib inhibits GC cell proliferation in vitro. (A) The cytotoxic potential of ganetespib was assessed in AGS and N87 cells after 5 days of ganetespib treatment (0, 0.5, 1, 5, 10, 50 or 100 nM) using MTT assay. IC₅₀ values were calculated as detailed in Materials and methods. (B) The growth potential of AGS and N87 cells in the presence of ganetespib (0, 1.25, 2.5, 5 or 10 nM) for 10 days was assessed using clonogenic assay.
