(A) Immunohistochemical results of xenografted tumors showed that inhibition of TROP2 expression increased PTEN expression, decreased Akt phosphorylation, and postponed EMT progress (decreased vimentin and upregulated E-cadherin expression). (B) TROP2 overexpression decreased PTEN expression, and increased Akt phosphorylation and EMT progress (increased vimentin and downregulated E-cadherin expression).
