Target cell B16 cells (A), LS-B cells (B), CT-26 cells (C) and LS-C cells (D) were incubated with the pooled sera from different vaccinated mice after 5th immunizations for 2 h at 37°C, and then incubated with effectors. Cell lysis was evaluated by LDH assay. The results represent the mean ± SEM of at least three experiments. *p < 0.05, **p < 0.01 and n.s. = no significance.
