Inhibiting NF-κB signaling by CAPE could block the activation of p-IkBa and p-P65 induced by overexpressed TIPE3 in MCF-7 (A) and MDAMB-231 cells (B). Blocking AKT signaling by LY294002 could downregulate the increased phosphorylation levels of p-AKT, p-IkBa and p-P65 induced by overexpressed TIPE3 in MCF-7 (C) and MDAMB-231 (D). All of the experiments were repeated at least three times with similar results and representative data are shown.
