(A) NF-κB luciferase assay of H1299 cells in the presence or absence of JSH-23 (30 μM) post 12 h exposure to As₂O₃ (5 μM). The NF-κB luciferase activity was determined similarly as described in the previous sections. (B) Stable shMock and shERK8 H1299 cells were exposed to As₂O₃ (5 μM) in the presence or absence of JSH-23 (30 μM) for 36 h, the cell viability was determined by NBB assay. All the results were expressed as the mean ± SD of triplicate samples and the reproducibility was confirmed in three separate experiments. *A significant difference of P < 0.05.
