The anti-CD318 mAb and mAb 3A11 have an identical staining pattern on cells previously known to express or lack CD318 expression on the cell surface. Reported CD318-positive cells (HBL-100, A549, and Caco-2) and negative cells (MCF-7, Molt-4, and Raji) were stained either with the anti-CD318 mAb (A) or mAb 3A11 (B) and analyzed by flow cytometry.
