S, L, P, and DYW domains were located according to the PPR Gene Database (11) and using the TPRpred software at https://toolkit.tuebingen.mpg.de/#/tools/tprpred [(P), light yellow]. Sequence-verified locations of the T-DNA insertions used in this study are indicated (+1 is the transcription start).
