Equilibrium dissociation constant (Kd) of select aptamers on human IGFIIR IGFIIR extracellular domain protein. Kd values of the DNA and RNA aptamer-20 on recombinant human IGFIIR extracellular domain protein were determined by SPR using Biacore X. The binding data was analyzed using a BIA evaluation program.
