Quasicoronal MRI of left orbit of patient with POAG and IOP not exceeding 21 mm Hg, repeated in adduction, central gaze, and abduction, shown in planes at 6-mm intervals posteriorly from the globe-ON junction. Lines interconnect optic nerve centroid, showing a straight ON path only in adduction. Quantitative analysis was performed for ON path distances between each adjacent pair of 2-mm thick image planes, although inclusion of the omitted two planes between each of the illustrated planes would show further sinuosity in central gaze and abduction.
