Hierarchical clustering analysis was performed for five TB manifestations and all of 41 immunological parameters measured in 50 patients. Cluster analysis with bootstrap resampling (1,000 iterations) was performed in R. Indicated are frequency rates. Only parameters having significant associations are shown. Significant associations are shown in bold (cutoff of significance set at c = 0.18).
