Ras isoform-driven stemness properties are oppositely altered by mSREBP1c. (A,B) Mammosphere-forming efficiency was measured for Hs578T (A) or MDA-MB-231 (B) breast cancer cells transfected with SREBP1 siRNA or mSREBP1c vector. Mammospheres were allowed to form for 9 days.
