DMEΔ inhibits cell proliferation and causes DNA damage in HEK-293T cells. (a) Cell proliferation rates of the 293T-GFP, 293T-DMEΔ and 293T-DMEΔ(K1286Q) cells after transfection. DMEΔ(K1286Q) is a catalytically inactive fragment and was used as a negative control¹⁹.
