Antibiofilm activity of Nm:PHB composite and Nm was determined quantitatively in a 12-deep well microtiter plate assay. The tested concentrations of Nm (10 and 30 µg/ml) showed antibiofilm activity against S. aureus. Nm:PHB composite treated wells showed no indication of biofilm formation and were similar to the negative control. The positive control was a biofilm formed by S. aureus.
