CNO-hM4D perturbation of rhombomeric domains in the adult animal results in significant reductions in body temperature. Temperature was taken at the start of respiratory assays (Pre-CNO Beginning), immediately before CNO injection (Pre-CNO Middle), at the end of respiratory assays (Post-CNO End), and 30 minutes at room temperature after the end of the assay (Post-CNO 30 min).
